# Switchouse onboarding

Updated 21 September 2026. Prices have been checked against the published website. Confirm the terms for the client’s region and requirements before sending a proposal.

## About the company

Switchouse helps property developers organise direct and agency sales. Sales Platform brings inventory, commercial terms, buyers and agency workflows together. Separate services help find partners, re-engage buyers and recruit a sales team.

## How to use these materials

Prices were checked against the published website on 21 September 2026. Presentation transcripts retain their dated source editions and are in English. If they conflict with the reference, follow its caveats and confirm terms with the founder. Regional prices are set separately, not converted at an exchange rate. Training examples are not client results. Developer Sales Website is temporarily removed from the website catalogue.

## Route: Partner

Understand what we sell, how the products fit together and which decisions to make with the founder.

1. Explain Switchouse in one minute without listing features.
2. Compare the offers: who buys, what the client receives and what costs extra.
3. Complete the demo and review the Sales Platform presentation.
4. Agree responsibilities, commercial authority and first tasks with the founder.

## Route: Sales

Match an offer to the client's needs and introduce the product.

1. Start with the client's task: sales operations, new agents, past enquiries or hiring.
2. Choose a product and review its presentation, terms and the limits of what we promise.
3. Complete the demo and explain the difference between an offer and a hold.
4. Prepare questions for the first meeting and agree how to hand the client over for launch.

## Route: Marketing

Understand the audience, the product offering and the evidence behind our materials.

1. Identify which products serve developers, agencies or individual managers.
2. Compare Outreach, Meta acquisition and Reactivation by audience and outcome.
3. Review the presentations: distinguish illustrations from historical results and forecasts.
4. Check the region, pricing date and source of every commercial claim.

## Route: Launch and support

Understand the scope of each service, the inputs it needs and the handover.

1. Review the information and materials required to launch each product.
2. Complete the training demo and identify decisions made by the developer.
3. Distinguish interest, a booked meeting, a meeting held and a sale.
4. Agree owners, working access and the client handover process. These processes still need to be documented.

## Sales Platform

Sales software for developers and agencies

For developers, their sales teams and partner agencies

Client need: Inventory, prices and terms are scattered across spreadsheets and conversations, making it difficult for agents to prepare a buyer offer quickly.

Developer Workspace and a branded Agent Portal give the team and approved agencies a shared workflow: projects and apartments, buyer selections, Sales Offers, buyer registration and hold requests.

Outcome: A workspace for managing sales and a portal with sales materials for agencies.

- Inventory grid and list, prices, payment plans and project materials.
- Buyer selections and branded Sales Offers for individual apartments.
- Agency invitations, project access, buyer registration and hold decisions.
- Agency and agent analytics, buyer activity, commissions and finance exports.

Boundaries: An offer does not reserve an apartment. Commission payouts remain in finance systems. Specific CRM integrations, APIs, webhooks and non-standard work are scoped separately.

Getting started: For a demonstration, use the training inventory below. For a client launch, prepare inventory, prices, materials and commercial rules.

Terms as of the reference date: Project: AED 2,090 / EUR 590 / USD 590 per month for 1 active project. Developer: AED 3,590 / EUR 990 / USD 990 per month for up to 2 active projects. Billed every 3 months. Enterprise has custom terms.

Source and caveats: Website feature catalogue and pricing as of the preparation date; presentation dated 16 September. The catalogue records the founder's confirmation on 14 September of analytics, branded portals and document templates.

## AI WhatsApp Channel Manager

A WhatsApp assistant for agents

For approved Agent Portal users

Client need: Agents repeatedly request availability, prices, materials and apartments matching a buyer's needs.

A Sales Platform add-on that helps agents in WhatsApp with apartment selection, terms and buyer materials. Complex requests are passed to the team.

Outcome: Agent answers, an apartment selection or a Sales Offer for a chosen apartment within the agreed workflow.

- Find apartments that match a buyer's requirements.
- Answer questions about prices, terms and project materials.
- Prepare selections and Sales Offers; submit hold requests for the developer's decision.

Boundaries: Sales Platform is billed separately. AI does not replace the developer's hold decision. The training inventory below illustrates the sales workflow; it is not a live WhatsApp channel.

Getting started: First agree the project, agent access and workflows. Access to a live WhatsApp demo is provided separately.

Terms as of the reference date: AED 1,990 / EUR 490 / USD 490 per project per month. Billed every 3 months. Website materials specify up to 2,000 requests from agents per project per month.

Source and caveats: WhatsApp website pricing as of the preparation date. The presentation dated 16 September describes the allowance as messages. Confirm the unit of usage before contracting; do not assume that messages and requests mean the same thing.

## Agency Network Growth / Outreach

Agent sourcing and project briefing coordination

For a developer or an individual manager

Client need: Find suitable agents and agencies, introduce the project and progress the conversation to a briefing.

Contact sourcing, WhatsApp outreach, replies and follow-ups with AI and human support. The client's team runs the agreed project briefings.

Outcome: Booked briefings with interested agents and agencies.

- Agree partner profiles, markets and languages.
- Source new contacts, introduce the project and follow up.
- Arrange briefings and hand the conversation over to the client's team.

Boundaries: A standalone service; Sales Platform is not required. A booked briefing does not mean a meeting held, an onboarded agency or a sale. The presentation's forecast scenarios are not guaranteed.

Getting started: Agree the project brief, materials, audience, languages, volume and calendar handover.

Terms as of the reference date: Website pricing: individual manager from AED 1,790 / EUR 490 / USD 490 per month; developer from AED 6,900 / EUR 1,990 / USD 1,990 per month for 1,500 new agent contacts. Billed every 3 months. The presentation includes larger packages; confirm the terms for the required volume.

Source and caveats: Website pricing and service description; Outreach presentation dated 16 September. Standard launch timing differs: the website says one working day once materials are ready; the presentation says one working week. Confirm the specific timeline before promising it.

## Agent Acquisition through Meta

Agent acquisition through Meta advertising

For developers seeking enquiries from new agents

Client need: Build a paid advertising channel for attracting agency partners and handling incoming enquiries.

Meta advertising, enquiry qualification with AI and human support, follow-ups and project briefing coordination.

Outcome: Agent enquiries with their profile clarified, and booked project briefings.

- Campaign setup and management, including creatives.
- Check the agent's profile, market and interest.
- Follow-ups, briefing coordination and reporting by stage.

Boundaries: Advertising spend is paid separately. Contact database size is not advertising reach. Outreach forecasts cannot be applied to Meta campaigns.

Getting started: Agree the audience, project offer, advertising budget and enquiry handover.

Terms as of the reference date: AED 5,490 / EUR 1,490 / USD 1,490 per month. Billed every 3 months. Advertising spend is separate.

Source and caveats: Meta Acquisition website pricing and the presentation dated 16 September.

## Contact Database Reactivation

Re-engaging past buyer enquiries

For teams with an existing database of property enquiries

Client need: Past enquiries remain in the database, but the buyer's current interest is unknown.

Database preparation and segmentation, WhatsApp and email campaigns, renewed interest checks and AI qualification. Interested contacts are handed to the team through an agreed workflow.

Outcome: Renewed conversations and interested buyers for the broker's next conversation.

- CRM data mapping and database segmentation.
- WhatsApp and email campaigns.
- Clarify the buyer's needs and hand over the outcome as agreed.

Boundaries: The quoted rate applies with another Switchouse product, billed separately. The historical WhatsApp case reports meetings held; the email case reports interested replies, not sales. The channels are not added together as unique buyers.

Getting started: Agree the database source, segments, buyer offer, channels and the process for handing over interested contacts.

Terms as of the reference date: From AED 5,490 / EUR 1,490 / USD 1,490 per month with any other Switchouse product. 2,000 contacts per month. Minimum 3 months, billed every 3 months. Larger volumes are quoted separately.

Source and caveats: Reactivation website pricing and the presentation dated 14 September. A standalone price without another product has not been confirmed in the reviewed materials.

## Real Estate Sales Recruitment

Recruitment for real estate sales teams

For real estate agencies and developers

Client need: Find candidates who match the sales role requirements and put suitable people forward for interviews.

Recruitment campaigns, creatives, candidate qualification and assessment, client review and interview coordination.

Outcome: Candidates with recorded answers and a fit assessment; interviews after client approval.

- A role brief covering agency sales, developer direct sales or broker relations.
- Campaigns and qualification against the job requirements.
- Client review of candidates and interview coordination.

Boundaries: Candidate answers are not verified employment history. The client approves candidates before interviews are arranged. Advertising spend and candidate volume are agreed before launch; no hiring guarantee is stated.

Getting started: Prepare the role description, requirements, employment terms and candidate approval process.

Terms as of the reference date: AED 6,900 / EUR 1,990 / USD 1,990 per month. Billed every 3 months. Advertising spend and candidate volume are agreed before launch.

Source and caveats: Recruitment website pricing; presentation dated 19 September with the founder's revisions dated 20 September.

## The first client conversation

A practice outline: four questions to understand the client’s needs before presenting a product. Agree the internal handover process separately.

### What does the client want to change first?

Organise sales, attract agents, re-engage buyers or hire people. This determines which offer to explore.

### How does the team handle this task today?

Clarify the existing projects, agencies, contact databases and tools. Understand the workflow before proposing an integration.

### What scope is needed, and which materials are ready?

The number of active projects, contacts or vacancies affects scope. Pricing and terms also depend on the region.

### What outcome does the team expect, and who decides?

Agree the next step: a demonstration, a scope discussion or a proposal. Do not treat a meeting as a sale.

## Glossary

### Developer Workspace

The developer’s workspace for managing projects, terms, agency access and decisions on requests.

### Agent Portal

The workspace where approved partners view their available projects, select apartments and prepare buyer offers.

### Sales Offer

A commercial offer for a specific apartment: property details, price and terms. It does not reserve the apartment.

### Project briefing

A meeting where the developer’s team introduces the project and sales terms to an agent or agency.

### Buyer registration

Recording buyer ownership for an agent under the developer’s rules. It does not reserve a specific apartment.

### Hold request

A request to temporarily reserve an apartment for a buyer. The developer decides; submitting a request is not an approved hold.

## Training demo

The training demo uses fictional data in the browser and does not change application data. Apartment prices in USD are part of the example, not Switchouse subscription prices. The interface and walkthrough use the selected language.

1. Choose an apartment. Select available apartment A-302 in the training inventory. Review the floor, area, price and floor plan.

2. Prepare an offer. Click Create an offer. The buyer sees a price and an example payment plan. The apartment is still available.

3. Request a hold. Click Request a hold. Check that the request is awaiting a decision and does not change availability by itself.

4. Make the developer's decision. Click Review as developer, then Approve hold. The status now changes. Reset demo returns the example to its starting state.

Application: https://app.switchouse.ai. This is a working environment, not the training demo. The page is reachable; individual credentials are required to work in it. Application operations were not exercised in this review. Do not use real client data for training.

## Check your understanding

### A developer has partner agencies, but everyone uses different inventory versions. Where do you start?

With Sales Platform: a shared workflow for the team and approved agencies. First establish the projects, data readiness, commercial rules and required integrations.

### How does Outreach differ from Reactivation?

Outreach finds new agency partners. Reactivation reopens conversations with an existing database of buyer enquiries.

### A Sales Offer has been created. Is the apartment reserved?

No. An offer does not change availability. The developer reviews a hold request; an approved hold is a separate outcome.

### A client asks to connect their CRM. What should you say?

Clarify the CRM, workflows, data and scope. Specific connectors and work must be confirmed before a contractual promise; a general integration capability does not establish that every connector is ready.

### An agent has agreed to a project briefing. Can you count them as an onboarded partner?

For now, record a booked briefing. A meeting held, agency onboarding and a sale are separate stages, each requiring confirmation.

## Internal information still to be added

- Partner responsibilities and authority to make commercial decisions.
- Team members, accountable owners and working communication channels.
- The client handover process from the first meeting through launch and support.
- Individual application access and a dedicated training environment.
- The person responsible for keeping prices, allowances and presentations current.
